Provides two hours of focused, professional maintenance per visit.
Spring Tasks: Gutter clearing, sprinkler system startup, window screen cleaning, exterior caulking, hose inspection.
Summer Tasks: Dryer vent cleanout, AC condenser rinsing, trimming vegetation, fan blade dusting.
Fall Tasks: Hose bib winterization, water heater flush, weatherproofing doors and windows, furnace area preparation, leaf clearing.
