FixSure is a home maintenance subscription service that provides regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and small repairs to keep your home safe, efficient, and in excellent condition.

You choose a plan (monthly or quarterly). Our technicians visit on a regular schedule to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs included in your plan. Additional services can be requested as needed.

Each plan has its own inclusions. Typical services may include safety inspections, HVAC filter replacements, minor plumbing and electrical fixes, seasonal home preparation, and more. We’ll share a full checklist when you sign up.

You can book online through our customer portal, call our office, or use our mobile app. We’ll confirm your appointment and send reminders.  

Yes, while our focus is on subscriptions, we also offer one-time maintenance visits at a separate rate.

Ideally, yes—especially for the first visit. However, many clients provide us with secure access instructions so we can perform work while they’re away.

Absolutely. Our technicians are fully trained, licensed where required, and our company is insured for your protection and peace of mind.

You can pay monthly or quarterly via credit card, ACH, or other online payment options. Invoices and receipts are provided for every payment.  

  You can cancel your subscription at any time. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts, but discounts may apply for prepaid plans.

We primarily serve residential homeowners but also offer custom solutions for landlords, property managers, and small commercial spaces.  

We follow detailed checklists for each visit, document all work performed, and keep you updated with photos and notes in your customer portal.

After each visit, you receive a detailed report outlining all tasks completed, any recommendations, and photos of your home maintenance.
