• Tighten, adjust, or replace hardware like door hinges, knobs, and cabinet fittings.
• Patch small drywall holes, re-anchor loose screws, and repaint patched areas with matching paint.
• Replace faucet aerators, showerheads, or cartridges (no major plumbing).
• Perform light installation tasks like mounting shelves, curtain rods, or blinds.
• Touch up caulking in kitchens and bathrooms to prevent water damage.
• Swap lightbulbs (standard height) and install lamps or floor lighting.
• Use up to $40 in included materials per visit for approved fixes.
  These visits help stop small issues from growing into costly repairs.

Get a professional safety and maintenance review every season to catch issues early. Our detailed inspections include:

• Testing smoke detectors and CO alarms to confirm they function properly.
• Visually checking electrical panels, GFCI outlets, and light switches for signs of hazards.
• Inspecting plumbing for slow leaks, corrosion, moisture, or early water damage.
• Checking HVAC airflow, filter condition, exhaust fans, and basic operation.
• Assessing attics or crawlspaces for moisture, pests, or insulation settling (if accessible).
• Walking the home’s perimeter to identify foundation cracks, siding issues, or roofline concerns (no ladder work).

Four times per year, we deliver hands-on, preventative maintenance tailored to your home’s needs for each season. Tasks may include:

• Spring: Gutter and downspout clearing, sprinkler system startup, window screen cleaning, exterior caulking touch-ups.
• Summer: Dryer vent cleanout, AC condenser rinsing, trimming vegetation away from siding or AC units, fan blade dusting.
• Fall: Hose bib winterization, water heater flush, weatherproofing doors and windows, furnace area preparation, leaf clearing.
• Winter: Pipe insulation, attic access checks, ice dam monitoring, sump pump testing, humidity level checks.
• Each visit includes two hours of work with up to $40 in included materials to keep your home ready for seasonal challenges.
• Focused on prevention, not repairs, these visits reduce wear, improve efficiency, and help avoid seasonal damage.
