Commercial plans start at just $100/month for buildings up to 2,500 sqft.

Hands-On Work ✅ Repairs handled immediately on-site when discovered. ❌ Inspection reports only, no direct repairs during visit. ✅ Seasonal readiness work performed on location. ✅ Repairs, inspections, and prep every visit.
What's Not Included Major system installs, structural work, pest control. Same as HomeFix; plus no physical repairs by default. Full system overhauls, roofing, exterior upgrades. Any major commercial contract work—quoted separately.
